Dear Prayer Partners and Fellow Christ-Followers.

We have had a very productive and adventusome Spring Mission Service Project Season. We even enjoed some Spring like weather on our projects, but not at home in Michigan.

At the beginning of every Impact Mission Service Project, we always challenge our team members to listen for God's voice to speak to our hearts and minds during our mission week. And often, very often, God does speak to us through HIS WORD, a conversation, a song or a thought while seeking Him.

I also ask God to speak to my heart and mind during a mission week experiences. How can I ask others to be watching and listening for God, if I am not asking the same for myself?

Here are some mighty things that God has spoken to my heart this Spring season...I give thanks !

God ALWAYS prepares our way. God shows up in so many precious unplanned ways!

The Scripyures are filled with examples of men and women and children who wholeheartedly sought after God.

Am I a wholehearted seeker and follower of HIS? I wish ...I pray...and sometimes I fail in ths area. Me, gets in the way of God...my plans sometimes are at odds with HIS plans.

God's plans always bear "good fruit". My plans show little evidence of anything eternal.

Obedience always brings blessing, but not always right away.

Obedience brings peace of heart and mind. My ways can really make a mess out of things!

God is always faithful to accomplish what He desires. Praise Him !

I have intentionally left out any scripture reference for my thoughts, but by design. I am hoping that you might be challenged to search the scriptures, to verify each point God has allowed me to consider this Spring mission season.

Dear Prayer Partners and friends,

Impact Kentucky is just hours away. 44 students and leaders will be meeting me and our faithful volunteer leader Jim, over in Hazel Green. Wow...what a great time this will be ! I'm so looking forward to meeting my dear friends, that I call family...Bernard & Lee, Ronnie & Becky, JoAnn & George & Phillip and Lenny & Joy over in Blaine.

Our Mission kicks off on Sunday following worship....GLORY !!!! You just have to know hw excited and blessed I am to be in Kentucky for this awesome mission. I'll be sharing mission ministry with my son Mike and his students and leaders. Thak you Lord for this GREAT BLESSING !

Please pray for God's Holy Spirit to "AMAZE US AGAIN during our week of serving others in the name of Jesus !

We give Him all the honor and glory for what HE WILL DO, in us and throufg us...GLORY!

I carry with me, where ever I go, a little desk sign that reads..."BIG GOD...little us"! It's true! Pb. 3:5-6

Thank you for your prayers and thoughts all throughout the coming week. Please pray as well for u-coming Mission Service Projects in Chicago, West Virginia, Kentucky, Texas, Ecuador and Tennessee.

Love You all and GLORY...I'm packing for Kentucky....well almost. WOO BABY !!!!!! I'll forget to pack something I know...but I won't forget to thank God for you, your friendship and your prayers!!!! GLORY ! Not much else matters.
