Franklinton, LA is location approx. 20 miles west of Bogalusa.
The community was hit hard by Katrina.  The eye of the storm passed very close to the area.

We have partnered with churches and community organizations that help those most in need and whom have slipped through the seams of the traditional helping networks.
We pre-approve our service projects to make sure we are truly assisting those in need.  As well, we evaluate the talents and skills and desires of your team, to match your team’s skill with the work project.
Franklinton has a very strong Christian community.  Our Impact teams have had some of our very best Service Projects in Franklinton.

Facilities
Our teams lodge and headquarter in a local church with adequate bathrooms and showers ( You do need sleeping bags & pillow & air mattress )
Kitchen available for meal preparation

What to Bring
A Servant’s heart
A bible & journal Notebook
2 sets of work clothes and 2 sets of casual clothes
Sleeping bag/pillow and air mattress
Bathroom items, including towels
Medications for the week
Water bottles and sun screen
Dust masks
Working gloves & hat for working in the sun
Basic work tools & saws and electric cords.
Up to date tetanus shots
Team first aid kit including hand cleansing lotions
Boxes of used clothing & household items
Extra funds for an offering during our mission
