Impact Hazel Green
3/22/07
Wow, what a night with Brother Elwood in Hazel Green. Elwood sang his song
for us, "He ( Jesus ) Didn't Have To Do It But He Did" bro. Elwood is 80
something and has excitement for the Lord like a brand new Christian.
I wish we could all speak so wonderfully of our love for Jesus.
Our team has seen a lot of painting and cleaning projects thhis week.
Today, we are taking a break and visiting the Natural bridge Kentucky
State Park. Will, hike and enjoy a break from work.
Tonight we do a Children's Outreach Carnival for the Hazel Green
commuinity. Please keep thhis event in your prayers for tonight.
Tomorrow, we will travel as a team over to Blaine, KY and help Pastor
Lenny & Jerry complete some work on their new church building.
We are loving it all, in Hazel Green on our Spring break from classes at
Hope.
We are tied up, twisted up and tangled up with Jesus. That's what brother
Elwood sings ...AND LIVES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Glory !

We made it over to Hazel Green in good time and no problems.
Louis wanted us all to stay in the green building, the boys dorm, so we
are all on the 2nd floor. Also, we are eating in that building too, Jo
Anne set up a little kitchen and is doing a great job as usual.
Louis and his wife have been very nice to us. We did the service with them
and ate a hamburg fry. Then went to our site last night too. We are all
together in one house which is very challenging to keep them all busy.
Bernard and I are having "construction mtg" at noon today. Weather people
calling for rain for 3 days so we are indoors painting. I think we will
have it done in 2-3 days.
We may end up spending a day cleaning up the Academy and helping Louis.
Thursday is looking good for the carnival, and the day off weather is
looking nice too.
Talk to you soon, In Christ, Bill
